What is RiskScout?RiskScout is a team of former bank examiners, BSA professionals, and fintech developers helping financial institutions grow and be more efficient and profitable. Our team brings what we call “cheeks in the seats” experience and we have interviewed thousands of BSA and compliance professionals during our product development and have delivered one their wish lists. Through a full BSA/AML and Fraud suite, RiskScout's solutions increase revenue and decrease compliance costs and losses by unlocking new deposit streams, automating compliance workflows, and catching fraudsters.

Who does RiskScout serve?RiskScout serves community banks and credit unions of all sizes, even down to the smallest institutions because we know that protecting our communities is essential, regardless of asset size. Our solutions and product roadmap are built by former BSA Officers and bank examiners looking to make BSA/AML/Fraud programs more efficient and effective, so if you have manual processes, an antiquated AML system, or fraud losses, you’re in the right place.

How much does RiskScout cost?RiskScout bases pricing on asset size, but we pride ourselves on being accessible for community financial institutions. RiskScout also includes its core functionality together in one unified solution, so you aren’t stuck getting "nickeled and dimed" over small features or juggling multiple logins and solutions. Does RiskScout integrate with my core?RiskScout is core agnostic and already works closely with many of the major core providers. Not only do we integrate, we pride ourselves on working with cores to accurately map your data and ensure it supports your needs. As long as we can get transaction files from your core, then RiskScout will work for you.

Is RiskScout a real-time solution?Yes! If you are able to provide us with real-time data, we can process it and serve your institution real-time alerts.

How long does it take to implement RiskScout?We know that time is money, so we deliver features like applications, business reviews, ticklers, and more to you within 24 hours of signing a deal so you can start using the system immediately. For our more complex features like real-time fraud alerts and transaction monitoring, it usually takes around 3 months to have all of your data configured and flowing through the system.

Does RiskScout offer advisory solutions?No. Our team of former BSA Officers, regulators, and industry experts is dedicated to providing you with the best BSA/AML/Fraud solutions possible, so we keep our focus on delivering powerful software. While our team does gladly go above and beyond to support our customers in all aspects of their compliance and fraud programs, we do not offer those services individually to non-software customers. That said, we do have some excellent partners that know our solution well that can work closely with you to deliver a tailored solution.
